1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Serieser, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Serieser is a tracking application for television shows and movies. We provide a platform for users to log what they watch, review episodes, and connect with other users. Serieser is NOT a streaming service. You cannot watch or download copyrighted content on this platform.
3. User Conduct
Users agree to not use the service to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. Posting links to illegal streaming sites or pirated material is strictly forbidden and will result in account termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All show and movie metadata, posters, and imagery belong to their respective copyright holders and are provided via third-party APIs (TMDB, TVDB) for informational purposes.
